Quality assurance & ISO certification

ETG Pulses processing plants are ISO certified and the Company strictly adheres to the International Quality management standards, thus ensuring the best in class output. The Company has conducted two types certification audits in its plants –

  1. IMS – Integrated Management System helps the Company implement more than one management system standard to strengthen its processes. ETG has integrated - Quality (ISO-9001:2015), Environment (ISO-14000) and Organizational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO-18001)
  2. FSMS – Food and Safety Management System (ISO- 22000).

Following are some details of the certifications:

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001 is defined as the International Standard that specifies requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). It helps organizations ensure their customers consistently receive high quality products and services, which in turn brings many benefits including satisfied customer, management, and employees.

ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an Environmental Management System (EMS). It helps organisations improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources & reduction of waste, gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of the stakeholder.

ISO 18001

OHSAS 18001 is intended to be incorporated into any Organizations Health & Safety Management System (OHSAS). It is intended to address occupational health and safety within the premises thus helping the corporate improve their image and credibility among stakeholders, regulators, customers, prospective clients and the public.

ISO 22000

Implementing ISO 22000 in an organisation results in a more robust Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and provides potential access to new market opportunities. It allows organisations to understand traditional quality assurance and preventive food safety measures that should be implemented within the industry to give quality output.
